Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about scope, compliance, procurement, delivery and live-site work.
Working with Zelvareno
Can you work while the venue stays open?
Yes. We divide work into controlled stages, use off-site assembly where practical and plan deliveries around agreed access windows.
Do you supply furniture only, or design as well?
Both. The scope can cover one product category, a coordinated specification package or the wider interior design and installation programme.
How is casino carpet different from general commercial carpet?
The specification must address heavy rolling loads, cleanability, fire performance, pattern scale, acoustic requirements and planned replacement zones.
Can existing seating be matched?
We can assess dimensions, construction and finish samples. A match is confirmed only after the relevant sample or prototype has been reviewed.
How do you coordinate with surveillance requirements?
Layouts, feature heights and lighting positions are reviewed against the operator's sightline and equipment requirements during design development.
Which regions do you serve?
The studio coordinates work across New Zealand from Auckland and considers selected international projects where the delivery scope is suitable.
What affects lead times?
Custom manufacture, approvals, testing, freight and venue access all affect programme. A project schedule is prepared after the scope and required samples are known.
